Permaculture Gardening for Fall Planting (Change-Makers event)

When: Saturday, July 1, 2013, 9am-12pm
Where: Community Garden of Holy Nativity, 6700 West 83rd, Westchester, Los Angeles, 90045.
Cost:  $10 suggested donation.
Our cool season gardens can be THE most productive of the year ... if you plan them to be so. The circle of Environmental Change-Makers in the Westchester area of Los Angeles is hosting the event Planning Our Autumn Vegetable Garden presented by Joanne Poyourow. Joanne is a garden designer and author of a vegetable crop rotation wheel that guides gardeners pesticide-free, chemical-fertilizer free food garden. Vegetable crop rotation wheels and garden booklets will be available for purchase. Several members of TSBLA plan to attend the event. They will be bringing back ideas on fall planting for the community garden at PUC.
